
Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in Odo-Ogun Constituency of Oyun Local Government area of Kwara state, have been enjoined to allow their votes to count so they can reap the dividends of democracy to the fullest.
The House of Assembly candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Otunba Taiye Afolabi, gave the charge over the weekend while meeting with Erin-lle North Women wing and decampees in the town.
Otunba Afolabi enjoined them to resist any attempt by any group to buy their votes during the election.

He assured them that various programs are in place that would be of benefit to the people especially the widows and indigent students to enable them to complete their studies.
The House of Assembly candidate also met with stakeholders from the six wards of Odo-Ogun Constituency including former Commissioner for Housing in the state, Alhaji Muideen Alalade, Alhaji Jimoh Adebayo Baranda and Alhaji Tunde Salawu., who all pledged their support for the success of the party.
Also speaking at the meeting, former Senatorial Chairman of the party in Kwara South, Alhaji Jimoh Balogun, confirmed that there are many mushroom parties that would be wooing them but they should resist being deceived.
Alhaji Balogun enjoined all to vote massively for PDP as it remains the only formidable and organized party in the country.
