University of Ilorin and Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic will tomorrow, Saturday, battle for the first place in the 2019 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) football competition at the University of Ilorin pitch by 3pm.
News Hub Mag! recalls that both teams were the last teams standing in the 2018 edition of the competition with Unilorin getting bloodied by a lone goal.

Earlier, today University of Ilorin had defeated Federal College of Education, Gombe by a lone goal in the first semi-final, while Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic outscored Ekiti State University, Ado 2-1 to qualify for the final.
University of Ilorin earlier defeated Federal Polytechnic of Bauchi 4-3 in the quarter-final, while Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic defeated Federal Polytechnic, Ede, by 4–1.
Federal College of Education, Gombe will play Ekiti State University Ado in the third place match by 10.00am tomorrow.
Expected to grace the final tomorrow are the Kwara state Governor, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, who will be the Special Guest of Honour. Others are the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu, the Minister of State for Education, Dr. Chukwuemeka Nwajuiba, the Chairman of JAMB Board, Dr. Emmanuel Aguzie Ndukwe, JAMB Registrar, Prof Is-haq Oloyede, while the Vice Chancellor of University of Ilorin, Prof. Sulyman Age Abdulkareem will be the host.
The occasion will be chaired by the Minister of Youths and Sports Development, Mr. Sunday Akin Dare.
