Amidst the ongoing opposition from the north, the South Western Nigeria security outfit, ‘Operation Amotekun’, has made its first arrest of criminals specialized in stealing motorbikes.
The syndicates were arrested by the Isinbode chapter of Operation Amotekun, after they stole the motorcycle from Ikare, while trying to escape to Ado Ekiti.
The three-men gang of criminals were apprehended and handed over to the Nigeria Police for further investigation.
Meanwhile, in their confession, they agreed that they stole the motorcycle before they were caught.
This development has further endeared the outfit to its enormous supporters who are insisting that the South-west security outfit has come to stay.
