The Arandun Descendants’ Union has on behalf of the Alaran of Arandun, Oba Ibikunle Adekanye and entire citizens of Arandun, lauded the efforts of Governor AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq as he celebrates one year in office.
In a communique made available to News Hub Mag! and signed by the President of the Union, Mr. Raphael Adeoye and his secretary, Mr. Stephen Adefila said that the community is “…particularly happy with the trend of development in Kwara state and thank you for all you have done for Arandun town in particular.”

The Union noted that Governor AbdulRazaq’s one year in office has had positive impact on the state, especially Arandun town.
They however urged the governor to come to their aid by attending to the deplorable condition of the Oro-Arandun road networkwhich had made Arandun town almost inaccessible to the rest of Kwara state.
The Union also pleaded with the governor to look into other areas of concern like the malfunction/epileptic electricity supply due to inadequate transformer, the dilapidated nature of Arandun Grammar School, the desolate Cottage hospital and the water work which has been abandoned for more than ten years.
News Hub Mag! reports that the Union prayed for God’s protection and guide for the governor as he continues to lead the state to the Promised Land.
