The Kwara State Stadium Complex, Ilorin has been shut down temporarily in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
News Hub Mag! gathered that the facilities would be closed to all sporting activities including weddings and religious programmes.
The State Director of Sports, Coach Tunde Kazeem explained that the decision was taken as a precautionary step to prevent the gathering of people and in essence stop the spread of Coronavirus.
He advised the people to abide by the safety procedures highlighted by the State and the Federal Governments for the Nation to get over the virus.
