Members of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, (AGN) in Kwara state is set to revive the Guild as the four man committee inaugurated by the National President of the Guild, Emeka Rollas held an official introductory meeting with both new and existing members on Saturday.
The meeting which held at St. Joseph Cathedral witnessed a sizeable number of members.
The major agenda of the meeting was the issue of re-validation of old members and ways to move the Guild forward in the state.
According to information gathered by News Hub Mag the committee is mandated to bring all AGN members together to re-validate and also get new/intending members to register.
The re-validation committee will be in charge of the Guild’s affair till Friday 28th of June 2019. As the entire registration and re-validation exercise will end on June 28, 2019 while the electoral body of the Guild, AGNEC will be set up immediately to conduct the AGN Kwara election.
