Missing in action, Is GYB on the threshold of fulfilling prophecies?

By ‘Timileyin Philips

There is palpable tension in Kogi state presently over the whereabout of the gov of the state, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.

News Hub Mag! gathered that since winning the widely asserted violence ridden elections in the state few weeks back the governor has not been seen in public functions without any explanation from any quarters.

Sources confirmed to News Hub Mag! that concern for the young governor hightened when he did not personally come to present the 2020 appropriation budget on Wednesday.

News Hub Mag! recalls that the 2020 appropriation budget estimated at N176, 123, 091, 931 covering both recurrent and capital expenditures of N78,969,128,737 (44.84%) and N97,153,963,194 (55.16%) respectively was presented on Wednesday at the Kogi State Assembly chamber by the Deputy Governor, Honourable Edward Onoja on the governor’s behalf.

However, a twist to the narrative is that two prophets are said to have prophecied that though the governor would get reelected for a second term in office but would not be inaugurated.

According to our sources, “Prophet Jeremiah from Owerri had said he saw the name of Governor Yahaya Bello changed with correcting fliud after winning the election, that he would not be inaugurated as governor after the election. Prophet Olobayo prophecied in Lagos that GYB would win the election through force but would not be there as a governor.”

The question on the lips of everyone in Kogi right now is ‘are these prophecies about to unfold, will Kogi state resurface in the news for the wrong reasons, again?”.

The answers to these nagging questions will, no doubt be answered by time.

News Hub Mag! will keep you updated as events unfold.
